Science centers are centers that aim to make science and technology understandable and accessible to society and increase the importance of science and technology in the eyes of society by bringing together individuals from different age groups and different backgrounds with science; contain experimental and applied activities, encourage visitors to experiment and explore; take care of the public interest, are not established for profit, are funded by public or private sector resources.
Unlike the classical museum concept, which features objects displayed behind glass cases in silent environments and prohibits touching, science centers offer visitors dynamic environments and exhibits they can actively explore, touch, and experiment with.

Konya Bilim Merkezi, Pazartesi günleri ziyarete kapalıdır. Merkezimiz; Salı, Çarşamba, Perşembe ve Cuma günleri 09.00 - 17.00, Cumartesi ve Pazar günleri ise 10.00 - 18.00 saatleri arasında ziyaretçilerini ağırlamaktadır.
